1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are accepted for 14 days

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions: 

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

  • Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to arrange for an exchange. 

  • Size or Fit Issues: If you are unhappy with the size or fit of the item you ordered, we may accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Eligible Items for Refund:

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items without their original tags and packaging.

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Embroidered merchandise
  • Compression Socks 

3. Return Process:

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at info@thedivinescrubsboutique.com or (877) 305- 6227 within [3] days of receiving the item, explaining the reason for the return.

  • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within [7-10] days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges:

You may exchange an item for the same item only. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired replacement item when contacting our customer support team.
